My Rapid Cancer Cure

The book I wrote is titled "How I cured my cancer in 4 months."
After a short battle with two serious cancers, I cured them both using "food as a medicine approach".

Welcome to My Rapid Cancer Cure

My name is Rosemarie Scarpignato and I have recently written a book about my rapid cancer cure, titled" HOW I CURED MY CANCER IN 4 MONTHS" yes that's right 4 months. I was diagnosed seven years ago with two, not one type of cancer, but two kinds of life-threatening cancer, Stage 2/3 Bone Cancer, and Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.
The first chapter of my book describes the rising and shocking statistics of cancer deaths in western countries. The next chapter I write about my early ancestry and how my great grandparents and their family migrated from Italy to Australia. The third chapter describes the evolution of the Supermarket Industry and the Fast Food Industry from the 1950s to today and the impact it has had on our health over the years. I then relate my first encounter with cancer at age fifteen when I witnessed my beloved grandfather suffer and eventually die a long and painful death from bowel cancer.
I later describe when I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in my mid-thirties and the accompanying pain associated with the disease and then I discovered Hopewood Health Retreat where I had a couple of stays, and whilst there I learned a lot about healthy diet and lifestyle, and food combining and Natural Health, that is treating disease naturally, without any medication, using the "food is medicine" approach to healing many types of ailments. When I, myself was diagnosed with both cancers it was the ideal time to put all the knowledge I had acquired over the years into practice. I also write about Food Combining being an important tool in combating cancer in that proteins and starches should not be eaten together at the same meal.
My Rapid Cancer Cure
Later I write about Taichi and Qigong being helpful for relaxation and exercise therapy and why Asian races don't seem to get as much cancer as people who live in western countries. The theory being their high Asian green vegetable intake and they do not eat any dairy foods or bread or drink coffee (the majority of people, that is) I then I write one of the key factors we get cancer, being a lack of dietary fibre which plays havoc on our intestines, causing constipation in varying degrees, sometimes this condition can be chronic. This results in stagnant waste matter which rots and toxifies in the digestive tract causing cancer cells to grow, develop and multiply, causing cancerous tumours to grow.
I later write about the increase in breast cancer and a comprehensive chapter on cancer and birth defects in babies and young children. Chapter fourteen deals with our drinking water and what's in it.
In conclusion, at the back of the book, there are 31 recipes which are healthy but tasty, compiled by myself.
